All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare cases, items may sell out before your order is processed.
If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.
All products are 100% authentic and licensed, sourced directly from official brands, distributors, and authorised agents.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways; we never see or store your card or banking details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We use Australia Post shipping services for domestic and international orders.
Free standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders of $150 or more. Express postage is available for an additional fee.
Most Australian addresses receive delivery within 3–7 business days (standard) or 2–3 days (express) after dispatch.

6. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tracksidegear.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
