1. Are your products authentic?
Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and officially licensed.
We source directly from brands, distributors, and authorised agents in Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and Hong Kong.
Most items include authenticity tags or hologram identifiers from the manufacturer.
2. Where are you based?
We are an Australian-owned and operated business based in Sydney, NSW.
All orders are packed and shipped locally from Sydney.
3. Do you have a retail store?
Not yet! We currently operate online only and through select festivals and events.
We don’t have a permanent retail location, which helps us keep prices low for our customers.
4. Do you ship across Australia?
Yes! We ship anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more.
Express Post is available at checkout for an additional fee.
5. How long will delivery take?
We ship from Sydney with a 1-day handling time.
Estimated delivery times:

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to a wide range of countries, including New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, the UK, and across Europe.
International shipping starts from $22 AUD, depending on the destination.
(Please note: Shipping to the USA is currently limited due to postal delays and tariffs.)
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways.
We never see or store your card or banking details.
9. Will you send me promotional emails?
Only if you choose to receive them.
We’ll never spam your inbox. You’ll only get updates or offers if you’ve opted in, made a purchase, or created an account.
