RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We accept returns for refund if the product is:
- Faulty, does not work as intended, has wrong information or details on the listing or any other reason covered by Australian consumer law. In these cases we ask that you:
- Keep all packaging and not use the item once you find the fault or mistake.
- Notify us within 7 days of the receiving the item.
- Assist us in speeding up the process by sending us some pictures.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund in above mentioned cases.
- Refunds are provided the same way the payment was made.
Got the wrong size or color? no problemo! Please follow the instructions below:
- Keep all packaging, tags, bags that came with the item.
- Do not use the item, used items will not be exchanged.
- Contact us at email@example.com explaining what the issue is and what other size/color/item you would like to change it for.
- You will need to pay for return shipping. We will advice what the cheapest and best way to ship it back is as well as the best address to sent it to.
- You can exchange for something cheaper or more expensive, additional charges or partial refunds can be processed, no worries.
