Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for a refund if the product is:

Faulty, does not work as intended, has incorrect information or details on the listing, or any other reason covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
In these cases, please:

Keep all packaging and do not use the item once you find the fault or mistake.

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Assist us in speeding up the process by sending us photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund in the above-mentioned cases.
Refunds are provided via the same payment method used at purchase.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, you may return the item for a refund provided that:

The item is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You pay for the return shipping yourself.
EXCHANGES
Got the wrong size or color? No problemo! Please follow the instructions below:

Keep all packaging, tags, and bags that came with the item.

Do not use the item—used items cannot be exchanged.

Contact us at info@tracksidegear.com explaining the issue and what size/color/item you would like to exchange it for.

You will need to pay for return shipping. We will advise the cheapest and best way to ship it back, as well as the correct address.

You can exchange for something cheaper or more expensive. Additional charges or partial refunds can be processed. No worries!
