RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns for a refund if the product is:

  • Faulty, does not work as intended, has incorrect information or details on the listing, or any other reason covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases, please:

  • Keep all packaging and do not use the item once you find the fault or mistake.

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Assist us in speeding up the process by sending us photos of the issue.

We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund in the above-mentioned cases.
Refunds are provided via the same payment method used at purchase.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, you may return the item for a refund provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • You pay for the return shipping yourself.


EXCHANGES

Got the wrong size or color? No problemo! Please follow the instructions below:

  • Keep all packaging, tags, and bags that came with the item.

  • Do not use the item—used items cannot be exchanged.

  • Contact us at info@tracksidegear.com explaining the issue and what size/color/item you would like to exchange it for.

  • You will need to pay for return shipping. We will advise the cheapest and best way to ship it back, as well as the correct address.

  • You can exchange for something cheaper or more expensive. Additional charges or partial refunds can be processed. No worries!
